This single-cultivar ceremonial grade matcha carries a bold, full-bodied umami reminiscent of fresh seaweed, balanced with a gentle sweetness and almost no astringency or bitterness.
When prepared as usucha, it becomes smooth and creamy, with a mellow and refreshing finish on the palate. As a latte, the rich umami shines through the milk, creating a deep and satisfying flavour. It also foams beautifully, giving the latte a velvety texture and excellent mouthfeel.
